This policy explains what personal information AIProLab (operated by ABDUL JAWAD K T) collects, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address and phone number, entered at checkout.
- Payment confirmation: the payment ID, amount and status from Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and are never shared with us.
- Website usage: pages visited and buttons clicked, collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or social media.
Why we use it
- To deliver your purchase and send updated editions you're entitled to.
- To answer support requests and process refunds.
- To measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- To tell you about new AIProLab guides. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, to understand which ads lead to visits and purchases. Meta may use cookies to collect information about your visit. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and block cookies in your browser.
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed to run our business: Razorpay (payments), our email provider (delivery), our website host, and Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for delivery, support, updates and legal or tax requirements, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages, by writing to hello@aiprolab.in. We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Security
Payments run on Razorpay's secure checkout. We limit access to your information to what is needed to serve you.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
